Soybeans

Organic or Conventional Graded Whole Soy Beans are prepared from Australian non-GMO soy beans and have been graded, cleaned and optical sorted to produce a high quality whole soy bean. Graded Whole Soy Beans are utilised for soy beverages, tofu and other food applications.

We offer many varieties for different applications. Below is a list of what we generally have available:

Soybean Flours

Full Fat Soybean Flour – Soy Flour Full Fat is a clean milled enzyme active soy flour, prepared from Australian Non-GMO soy beans. Soy Flour Full Fat is suitable for use in baked goods such as breads and other general cooked/baked applications

Defatted Soybean Flour – Soy Flour De-Fatted is a heat-treated soy flour finely milled, prepared from Australian Non-GMO soy beans. The soy oil has been removed by cold press method so no solvents have been used in the de-fatting process. Soy Flour De-Fatted is suitable for applications in the Bakery, Beverage and general food industries.

Reduced Soybean Flour – Soy Flour Reduced is a heat treated debittered soy flour, prepared from Organic or conventional Australian Non-GMO conventional soy beans. The heat treatment process helps to reduce the strong beany flavour of the flour and inactivates enzymes.  Soy Flour Reduced is suitable for use in baked goods such as breads and other general cooked/baked applications.

Other Soybean Ingredients

Soybean Kibble – Kibble Soy is the product produced from the milling of clean, dehulled soybeans. Product is full fat and enzyme active. Kibble Soy is only to be used in Food products which are cooked or baked.

Soybean Grits – Soybean Grits is the product produced from the milling of clean, dehulled soybeans. Product is full fat and enzyme active. Soybean Grits is only to be used in Food products which are cooked or baked.

Soybean Splits – Soy Bean Splits are a cleaned and split soy bean, prepared from Australian Non-GMO soy beans. Soy Bean Splits are suitable for use in baked goods such as breads and other general cooked/baked applications.
