Mara Global Foods is family owned, 100% Australian company that provides specialty ingredients for the food and stockfeed industries. Founded by Ross Larsson in 2009, Mara Global Foods has grown to offer a wide range of top quality, market leading products that are used by major food manufacturers across Australia and overseas.
We now have an extensive operation in Northern NSW spanning over two locations at Mallanganee and Shannonbrook and a team of over 30 highly skilled employees. As a leading processer of food ingredients in Australia and a key player in other commodity markets , we value our relationships with both growers and customers. We purchase all our raw materials and services from Australian based approved suppliers. Our focus is genuinely on long-term sustainability for both our suppliers and our entire industry.
